Professional Photography

We do not take the photographs inhouse, instead we instruct a Photographic Company to take professionally taken images, which will then be used in marketing literature and uploaded onto the leading property search portals.

EPC
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are legally required whenever a property is either Built, Sold or Rented. We can order this on your behalf before your property is marketed to sell or rent.
An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years.

Not all floorplans are the same. We provide fully RICS compliant floorplans with full dimensions and room names to achieve optimum web and print viewable quality.
