I sold my house a few months ago using Stevens and Carter and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately, my house sale experienced some difficulties that were through no fault of the team, but were due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including mortgage offers for a buyer falling through and the sale therefore being unable to proceed. However, the team were incredibly quick to get us back on the market. Viewings were consistent, with detailed feedback provided, and ultimately I had competing offers to choose between when selling.

Expert advice was always available when needed and was explained in simple, easy-to-understand terms. The team always returned calls and messages promptly, and if one agent wasn’t available, the others made sure they knew what was going on so they could pick up any queries, providing a genuinely seamless service.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Stevens & Carter Estate Agents in Eastbourne and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A special mention has to go to Sammy Townsend, who was outstanding from start to finish. Sammy was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and communication throughout the process was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

The level of customer service provided was genuinely exceptional. Sammy’s honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best outcome really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about what they do.

We had experience with both Millie and Jayne. Both were brilliant at answering questions and giving advice. They were both brilliant with quick responses too. They are both friendly, approachable and an asset to the company. Nothing was too much trouble.  I would recommend Steven and Carter lettings to anyone based on my experience with these two ladies.
