Finding your ideal home

Once you've found 'The One'
When you find a property you wish to make an offer on, we liaise with the seller on your behalf immediately, ensuring a prompt response to your offer. If your offer is declined, you can can make further offers if you wish. We aim to make this process as quick and stress free as possible.
Once your offer has been accepted, we send out confirmation of terms to all parties so that you can instruct your solicitors and arrange suitable exchange and completion dates.
It is important to remember that until an exchange of contracts has been made, there is no legal obligation to you or the seller and either party can withdraw.
